ACCIDENT WAIVER & RELEASE OF LIABILITY: I acknowledge that EVERY Team Member will be required to sign an Accident Waiver & Release of Liability; a parent/guardian's signature is REQUIRED for anyone under the age of 18. This form is available to be downloaded and submitted prior to the event or signed at the event. All waivers are required on, but appreciated prior to race day. 2.) TEAM ENTRY FEE: The Team Entry Fee minimum is $300.00. The Team Entry Fee how this event is a fundraiser for youth mentoring! Teams decide how the entry fee is collected. Some ideas include dividing equally amongst team members OR collecting team sponsorships from family, friends, service groups, or local businesses. The Participant Sponsor Form is available online, please keep track of the donors, as Kinship will mail them Thank You letters and receipts for their tax purposes. The team who raises the most for Kinship will win a prize! I acknowledge that the team entry fee is due on Race Day at Team Check-In. 3.) PHOTO & VIDEO RELEASE: I acknowledge that Kinship and/or a third party will take photos and videos during the Amazing Race. I acknowledge photos and videos will be used by Richland-Wilkin Kinship or third parties in print, social media or other platforms for marketing and promotions.
